    \"I honestly can\'t believe you gave me negative heatware for this. It was a problem with UPS, not me. What really baffles me, is you\'re getting one fantastic deal and you still backstab me. You only ended up paying $11 (from $20) for a case in perfect condition. You\'re one of the pickiest human beings alive, & should have been much more understanding of the situation.
